You can delete your OneOne account and its data at any time. You do not need to contact us first, and you do not need to have the app installed.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you use OneOne through Telegram, open your Profile in the bot and choose Delete My Data.
Send a request to oneone-companion@keemail.me with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your User ID if you know it (Settings → Profile), or the Telegram username you use with the service, so we can find the right account. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Data held by our advertising partners under their own privacy policies is not ours to delete. To reset the advertising identifier they use, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.
